Hi, I'm Raphael. I'm a UCLA graduate and a Realtor with Fathom Realty. I'm not an interesting person though I have had an interesting life. I'm a Member in good standing of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Citrus Valley Association of Realtors, and the Asian Real Estate Association of America.

As far as hobbies... I like to make up arbitrary rules and live by them because it's fun. I like playing sports more than watching them. I love Technology and learning Languages.

Thanks to years traveling and living on 3 different continents, I've developed an understanding of many different cultures and have the patience and respect needed to navigate helping people of different backgrounds.

More than that, I am aware of the difficulties of moving. From the struggle of fitting all your books into boxes to making new friends to learning where the best burgers are or whether it's normal to wear white after Labor Day.

I think everyone should endeavor to have a real estate friend and I think you should choose me. I bake and make Ice Cream… soooo….. What else could you want? In all seriousness. I am an honest person, so I treat every client like I treat my closest friends.
